DULUTH, Ga. -- This year marks the 70th anniversary of SCM, and, to celebrate, the woodworking equipment manufacturer has launched a skills competition that will help its customers and members of the U.S. Armed Forces and their families.

Entries will be judged on creativity and innovation, as well as what the project means to you and the story behind it. Entrants have a chance to become the new owner of an SCM sliding table saw.

For every entry into SCM's 70th-anniversary sliding table saw competition, the company will gift the Semper Fi & America’s Fund a $100 donation + the value of the sliding table saw. The fund is dedicated to assisting combat wounded, critically ill, and injured service members, military family members, and veterans, from all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces.
